Refund policy

1. No returns or exchanges on custom items

2. We do not provide returns for standard size items but we can exchange for a different size. 

3. Exchange request need to be made within 3 days of item delivery.

4. Refunds for items that are damaged are issued only if the customer contacts us within 3 days of the item delivered. 

5. We don't provide return shipment costs. Customer need to bear this cost.
